Shipping and delivery

Order processing and dispatch times

Processing time: Your order will be processed and packed within 1-5 working days.

Delivery time: The standard delivery time is 10-15 working days from dispatch.

Important note: Shipping only takes place on working days. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Consignment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your individual consignment number. You can use this to track the current status of your delivery online at any time.

Please note: The tracking information is only updated in the tracking systems 3-7 days after dispatch. Please be patient if the data is not yet available.

Order changes and cancellations

Before dispatch: You can cancel your order or change the delivery address at any time as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched.

After dispatch: Once your parcel has left our warehouse, cancellations or changes of address are no longer possible.

Customs clearance and DDP shipping

We offer DDP dispatch (Delivered Duty Paid) for selected countries. This means for you:

  • No additional customs duties
  • No own customs clearance required
  • All costs are already included in the purchase price

DDP availability by region:

✅ Available DDP countries:

  • USA - Shipping via UPS (except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Australia - Shipping via Australia Post
  • United Kingdom - Shipping via DPD Express
  • Europe - Shipping via DHL Express / DPD Express

❌ Limited DDP availability: Due to strict customs regulations, DDP is currently not available for:

  • Denmark
  • Australia (restricted)
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

Additional shipping information

Remote areas: Additional charges may apply for hard-to-reach or remote delivery addresses. The delivery time may be extended accordingly.
